Principles of Therapeutic Yoga for Back Care includes two yoga practice videos Deborah created specifically to help your back - a 50-min video for chronic back pain and a 30-min restorative practice to help calm the muscles of the back in acute back pain. Both videos include anatomy and physiology lessons and asana suggestions.
